Understanding Cybercrime and the Phenomenon of "Broutage" (Grazing) For a Media Education of Pupils and Students in Côte d'Ivoire

This article analyzes some understanding outlines of cybercrime considering its complexity and practice by the youth population in Côte d'Ivoire for media education. On basis conventions, guides scientific publications on phenomenon, a thematic content analysis was conducted order to identify axes that structure study response research objective. problematic is based socio-ecological model Sallis Owen (1998). According Preamble Council Europe's Convention Cybercrime, known as "Budapest Convention" November 23, 2001, which entered into force July 1, 2004, crime cyberspace. In absence legal definition there confusion between crimes germane itself. The Internet, channel cyberspace, presented web, mesh planetary scale limits control mechanisms reveals difficulties quantifying phenomenon. Through vicarious learning among young people d'Ivoire, colloquially called “broutage” (grazing) social malaise, despite Ivorian state. use ICTs requires education make each user responsible understanding, using, defending enjoying them, because world experiencing an unprecedented shock.
